Returns

ZIBA will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase; no refund will be made for products that have been opened, used or are returned damaged.

To return a product please contact hello@zibabrand.com so we can get the process started.

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. 

If the product purchased is defective, please email us prior to returning the products so we can work with you to get the process started.  

In the event your order arrives to you damaged, please email us so we can get your case sorted ASAP.  

We will notify you via email once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

*We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risks are the responsibility of the sender.
