INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

Please note we use Australia Post and have experienced delays to some countries throughout our other brands, we will keep track of your order no matter what so please contact us if you notice that your order is delayed.

All orders are sent via courier and are fully trackable.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Orders sent to destinations outside of Australia may incur additional tax and/or customs charges when they arrive. Please check any import fees you may be liable for before ordering.

- We can not grant a refund if your item is in transit.

- Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays.

- Please check that your order is not awaiting collection before contacting us if it is delayed, usually this is the case.

- Once your order has been dispatched, it’s no longer possible to make changes on the shipping address. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order.

- For all re-delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address.
